All Things Live Group ApS, company registration number (CVR) 40074392, Frederiksgade 21, 5., 1265 Copenhagen K, Denmark (“All Things Live”, “we”, “us”, “our”), will as data controller in our communication with you collect and process personal data about you for the purpose of maintaining our relationship with you and/or the company you work for, improving and conducting our services as well as optimising our website. Below you will find a description of the personal data, which we will collect and process about you as well as the purpose and on which basis we are processing the personal data.
Types of personal data that we collect and process and legal basis
To fulfil the agreement with you. We collect and process the following personal data about you for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement, cf. Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR, entered into between you or the company you work for and All Things Live (to provide agreed services to you):
Legitimate interest. All Things Live collect and process the following personal data about you, when it pursues a legitimate interest of All Things Live, cf. Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR, and it is assessed that All Things Live’s interest in processing the personal data overrides your interests:
How we process your personal data
Your personal data will be accessed by All Things Live’s employees and third party IT service providers engaged by All Things Live and All Things Live’s group entities on a need to know basis only.
All Things Live will generally not disclose the data to third parties, however we will transfer your personal data to our IT service providers that are established outside of the EU/EEA. When third party services providers process your personal data outside of the EU/EEA, such transfer of personal data will either be subject to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of the agreement covering the transfer of personal data by sending an email to compliance@allthingslive.com.
All Things Live will keep your personal data for as long as is needed to fulfil our purposes of processing unless All Things Live is required under applicable law to keep your personal data for a longer period.
Your rights
The right to information and access. You have the right to ask us for information about or access to your personal information. There are some exemptions, which means you may not always receive all the information we process.
The right to object. You have the right to object to All Things Live processing (using) your personal data. This effectively means that you can stop or prevent us from using your data. However, it only applies in certain circumstances, and we may not need to stop the processing of your personal data if we can give legitimate reasons to continue using your personal data.
The right to erasure. You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
The right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete personal data you think is incomplete.
The right to restriction of processing. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.
The right to complaint. If you have any complaints about All Things Live’s processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
