AGENCY ROA BECOMES PART OF ALL THINGS LIVE

Swedish agency ROA is acquired by All Things Live and becomes part of the leading live entertainment company in the Nordics. The acquisition entails synergy effects enabling ROA to accelerate production, work with even larger Swedish and Nordic productions, and develop new parts of the business. 

Following an extended dialogue between the agency ROA and All Things Live, it is now announced that ROA becomes part of the company to form the Swedish comedy part of the business. All Things Live is the leading live entertainment company in the Nordics with more than 100 employees, producing various types of live entertainment in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Having the opportunity to realise our full potential feels good and right. This is the ultimate proof of the fantastic job our staff and we have done during the years. I am excited and expectant about what is to come, says Sabina Donoukará, CEO of ROA. All Things Live is also comprised of Blixten & Co and Norway’s leading comedy company, Standup Norge, with its flagship ”Latter”, who ROA will work closely with to develop the comedy industry in the Nordics. All employees will continue in their positions, and the only change will be that All Things Live gains full ownership. This is positive for ROA as the company becomes increasingly independent in the industry and will have better development opportunities. 

– We have owned this company for 13 years, and it is now time for us to step down as coowners and just be comedians. We are handing over the reins to people who can really make ROA the most we can become. The close collaboration with our Nordic neighbours will of cousre be extra exciting, says Johan Glans.

ROA is an agency and management company, which was founded in 2007 by Johan Glans, David Batra, Thomas Järvheden, Özz Nûjen, Hasse Brontén and Måns Möller. Together with CEO Sabina Donoukará, they have all been co-owners of the company. The agency provides large and small events and productions with comedians, presenters, moderators, lecturers, actors, screenwriters and authors. 

All Things Live was founded in 2018 and is comprised of a number of leading Nordic live entertainrment companies in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. All Things Live has more than 100 employees and covers the full spectrum from local Norwegian comdians and comedy productions over Swedish musical productions, Danish stand-up events and electronic music festivals to arena concerts. The group represents over 200 local artists on exclusive contracts, promotes more than 4,000 local and international events normally with more than 1 million tickets sold per year and has entered into a number of partnerships with large corporate clients.
